All paid subscriptions (Basic and Full plans) include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

- Step 2: Provide your account email and subscription details
- Step 3: We will confirm your refund request within 24 hours
- Step 4: Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Step 5: Your subscription will be cancelled and access will end immediately upon refund processing
Important Notes
The 14-day refund policy applies to new subscriptions and renewals. After the 14-day window, refunds are not available, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. The Free plan does not require refunds as it is provided at no cost.
